The infamous #ChatControl plan of the European Union is to infect computers with spyware that can read contents of all files including images and messages before encrypting. Compared to secret military intelligence, this plan is not only poor but useless too.
An example. There is no place where to install any spyware when the computer's hard disk drive (or SSD) has been removed and both the operating system and all programs are on an optical read-only disk (CD/DVD) whose contents cannot be altered.
Another example. The exempted political elite and their original targets will always be safe but 450 million ordinary citizens try to protect themselves with a lot of noise and false information. Too much data and wrong data for all data centers combined.
